Our Founder

Our founder, Mark Gracia, a young entrepreneur and devoted pet lover, is from the Rio Grande Valley. The inspiration to create pet treats stemmed from the deep connection he shares with his dog and cat, Jack & TJ (Tuxedo Joe). Driven by a desire to enhance the longevity of his beloved animals, Mark dove into a research campaign, exploring various treats and lifestyles that could contribute to longer, healthier lives for pets.

During his research, Mark came across numerous studies highlighting the correlation between longevity and raw, fresh diets for pets. Acknowledging the potential benefits but mindful of the cost associated with raw diets, Mark opted for a more budget-friendly approach by focusing on treats. Recognizing the need for wholesome alternatives, free from flour, grains, or unfamiliar ingredients. A treat that retains half the nutrients during its creation, unlike the nutrient loss that occurs in processes like dehydration. Mark embarked on the journey of creating a limited-ingredient, 100% nutrient-rich treat. Initiating the journey of making Freeze Dried Treats.

Founder’s Current Journey

Mark's pursuit of fundraising for his passion has proven to be highly gratifying. Starting in July of 2023, Mark initiated a Freeze-Dried Candy business as a means to generate funds for his pet treat venture. Witnessing remarkable success in fundraising, Mark has now expanded to sell his licensed and registered Dog & Cat Treats at local markets.

His ambitious goal is to make a complete transition to Raw Freeze-Dried Dog & Cat treats by the end of 2024, with plans to have them available in local small business shops by June of the same year.
